The Registry Listing Agreement
This page described something exact.works no longer offers.
- WITHDRAWN
- 2026-09-06
- UNDER
- Scope decision of 2026-09-01 (EXACTING.md)
It made exact.works the "Platform Operator" of a registry it reviewed, ranked,
suspended and took down. exact.works does not operate a platform, run a registry, or hold a
position over anyone who lists on one.
It was never in force
Verified before saying so on a public page, because a withdrawal notice that only says
"withdrawn" invites the question of whether anyone is still bound: the RLA was not accepted
at signup and not accepted at listing creation, and no code path anywhere recorded assent
to it. Nobody is released from it, because nobody was ever subject to it.
What governs instead
The SAISA, and it is between the two parties. exact.works is not one of them. We present
the standard form, help the parties customise the terms that differ deal to deal, and seal
what they execute. After that the parties watch performance in the Relay, on the feeds their
own tooling already produces. There is no agreement between an AI provider and exact.works
because there is no longer anything for one to govern.
What replaced it here
Nothing. It was withdrawn rather than replaced.
