A CONTINUOUS engagement agent that monitors regulatory feeds on a schedule and delivers structured weekly digests of changes relevant to your defined criteria.

What This Agent Does

Define your regulatory sources and relevance criteria in the Execution Manifest. Every Monday at 0600 UTC, the agent scans for changes, classifies them by urgency, and delivers a structured digest.

Each weekly delivery is its own child Trace under the master engagement Trace. Every digest is permanently recorded - what was monitored, what was found, when it was delivered.

Why Use This on exact.works

Compliance monitoring is exactly where a Trace matters. Regulators ask: "When did you know about this change?" The Trace answers that question with a timestamped, tamper-evident record of every digest ever delivered.

AUTO_SETTLE mode: if you take no action within 48 hours of delivery, the period settles automatically. Your silence is recorded as acceptance.

• Covers all defined regulatory sources
• Delivers weekly on Implementation Schedule
• Items classified: Action Required / Monitor / FYI
• Source citation and effective date included for each item
• Action items separated from FYI items

Deliverable Class

CONTINUOUS - ongoing engagement with weekly settlement periods. Master Trace stays open for the duration. One child Trace per delivery period.
